Client – natural or legal person who has used, uses or intends to use the services offered by What-is-LLC.

3. General principles of data processing and the types of data to be processed
3.1 LLC “PrÃfinans Consulting” has the right to use the employees for processing the data of the Client, who used, is using or intends to use the services offered by What-is-LLC. When transferring client data to employees, What-is-LLC ensures that employees process client data in accordance with the controller’s instructions, comply with confidentiality requirements and apply appropriate security measures.
3.2 At processing of Clients’ data “Prifinans Consulting” LLC proceeds from the current legislation and takes necessary technical and organizational measures for safety of Clients’ data to prevent illegal processing, access and disclosure of information to unauthorized persons.
3.3. What-is-LLC collects and processes only the following information related to services provided and relations with the Client:
3.3.1 Client Data: information about the client’s personal document (such as passport or ID card), name, personal identification code, date of birth and other personal data of the client. Providing relevant data for the purchase of services is mandatory, as the provision of services without providing data is not possible;
3.3.2 Client’s contact information: address, telephone, e-mail address;
3.3.3 Communication data: conversations about the provision of services, both by telephone and online, as well as other communication channels; as well as communication between What-is-LLC and the client by e-mail or regular mail.
3.3.4 Financial data: personal bank account number and data of the financial institution (company name, address, telephone, e-mail address and other data).
3.3.5 Service-related data: e.g. information, requests and complaints relating to the procurement of services, payments and consultations.
- Purposes of client data processing
What-is-LLC processes customer data in order to:
4.1 Provide high quality consulting services to the Client and manage client relationships.
What-is-LLC processes Client data for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract with the Client.
4.2 Protect the legitimate interests of the Client and investigate the quality of the service.
4.3 Provide additional services to the Client, carry out market analysis and compile statistics, including making offers based on the Client’s consent or at the discretion of What-is-LLC to provide the best possible service to the Client.
4.4 Prove and defend claims based on the performance of a contract or other legal obligation or on the legitimate interests of What-is-LLC, e.g. to prepare legal claims, inquiries, etc.
4.5 Receive payments through payment service providers.
- Persons with the right to receive Client data
5.1 Client data can be forwarded and processed jointly with the lawful authorities of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union (e.g. notaries, bailiffs, judges and other officials) or another state for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s order.
5.2 Auditors, legal and financial advisors or other persons authorized by What-is-LLC.

6.1 Client data will not be processed longer than necessary. Service periods may be based on contracts with the Client, on the legitimate interests of What-is-LLC or applicable law (e.g. accounting laws, business rules, other legal provisions).
- Rights of private person
The client (individual) of What-is-LLC has the following rights with respect to the processing of personal data:
7.1 To request correction of inaccurate personal information if it is inadequate, inaccurate or incomplete;
7.2 To request information about whether What-is-LLC processes personal information of the Customer and to gain access to this data.
To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. 7.3;
7.4 Restrict processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular, when the Client has applied for correction or deletion of his/her personal information.
7.5 Request the deletion of his data, for example, if the data is processed on the basis of consent, and the Customer withdraws consent. Deletion of data cannot be requested if the personal information for which deletion is requested is also valid on other grounds, such as a contract or legal obligation.
7.6 Receive his personal information, which the Customer has provided and which is processed according to the agreement, in writing or electronically or, if technically possible, transfer the information to another provider (right of data transfer).
7.7 To submit objections against the processing of personal data
7.8 To submit a complaint against the processing of personal data to the Data Protection Inspectorate, if the Customer believes that his personal data is processed unreasonably or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
